Why Germany?
With nearly 800,000 companies and approximately 3.5
million employees, the German real estate industry is one of Germany's largest
industries, and the market holds huge potential for innovative Danish PropTech
companies.
With more than 670 billion euros, the real estate industry contributed almost
20% to the total gross value added in Germany in 2022 and the proportion of
companies in the real estate industry that invest more than five percent of
their turnover in digitization has doubled over a two-year period.
What do you get?
The programme is a unique opportunity to get
insight into the German market for PropTech solutions, build valuable network
and meet selected PropTech investors.
The programme consists of a kick-off in Copenhagen followed by a 2-day market
visit in Germany where you will learn about German business culture and market
opportunities through meetings with potential partners, customers and
investors.
In addition, you get 1-on-1 online pitch training with a professional pitch
trainer.

Who is it for?
The target group is innovative Danish PropTech start-ups and scale-ups who are looking into entering the German market. The ideal participant has market traction in Denmark and ambitions and resources to scale internationally.
Who’s organising?
Innovation Centre Denmark, Munich has partnered with Styx Urban Investments to give you unique access to an extensive network of PropTech stakeholders.
Practicalities
The price is 8.800 DKK for up to two participants
per company.
Your company must have a Danish CVR number and be classified as a SME within
the EU de minimis support frame.
If your company has been negatively affected by Brexit, you may participate at
a discounted price of DKK 4.400. Reach out for more information.
The price does not include transport and accommodation.
